Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Graphics Designer / Social Media and Content Creator. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually engaging graphics, creating creative social media content, and managing the company's social media platforms to foster engagement and brand recognition. Key tasks include developing original content, designing marketing campaigns, producing compelling graphics for web and social media, and collaborating with teams to align content with brand strategy and goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, including experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) or similar software
  • Social Media Management skills, including content creation, engagement, and strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Strong Content Creation and Writing skills for crafting compelling posts, captions, and campaigns
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with branding principles and visual storytelling
  • Ability to generate creative ideas that align with the company's vision and target audience
  • Project management and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to measure content performance is an advantage
