We are expanding our instructor team and are seeking passionate professionals to train, mentor, and inspire our next generation of tech and business leaders.

About the Roles

We are currently hiring skilled and motivated instructors for the following positions:

  • Data Analysis Instructor
  • Digital Marketing Instructor
  • Project Management Instructor
  • Backend Development Instructor

Each instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions, guiding students through real-world projects, and helping them gain confidence in applying what they learn.

Key Responsibilities (for all roles)

  • Deliver clear, structured, and interactive lessons in your area of expertise.
  • Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and projects.
  • Support and mentor students to ensure they understand core concepts.
  • Monitor student progress, review assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay up to date with current industry trends and integrate them into the curriculum.
  • Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Role-Specific Requirements1. Data Analysis Instructor

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of data cleaning, visualization, and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R is an added advantage.
  • Experience analyzing real-world datasets and presenting insights clearly.

2. Digital Marketing Instructor

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to teach campaign creation, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Understanding of brand management and digital strategy execution.

3. Project Management Instructor

  • Experience managing projects using methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus.

4. Backend Development Instructor

  • Proficiency in , , or other backend frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and authentication systems.
  • Experience building and deploying backend applications.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and cloud hosting basics.

General Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in your field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring.
  • Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
