Responsibilities
:
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform's audience.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and fostering positive interactions with followers.
- Track and analyse key social media metrics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and report findings.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring the brand's social presence remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for the best results.
Digital Media & Content Management :
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for social media posts, blog articles, website content, newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
- Ensure all written content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive content that supports the brand's storytelling and marketing goals.
- Research and create thought-leadership content, industry-specific articles, product descriptions, and other materials to boost SEO and drive brand awareness.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Strategy & Reporting
:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, targeting specific customer segments and personas.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels, including social media, email,
- search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with the team to define social media goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign strategies.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track the performance of social media content and campaigns, website traffic, and conversions, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, website analytics, paid ads campaign effectiveness, and audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- Relevant professional certifications, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine optimisation (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in content marketing and creation, including blog posts, social media content, and video production.
