Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at our client's fashion/clothing store in Lekki, you will play a vital role in driving the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promptly and accurately processing customer orders to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Collaborating with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Monitoring order progress and providing proactive updates to customers on their order status.
  • Resolving any order-related issues or discrepancies quickly to maintain a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 
    BSc/HND

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proximity to Lekki, Lagos, or ability to commute.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers.
  • Excellent social media skills for outreach and engagement.
