About the Role:

Le Finesse Ltd is seeking a strategic Operations Executive with deep expertise in securities brokerage, investment management, mutual funds, or private equity environments. This role ensures operational excellence, risk management, and efficient delivery of client-focused financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business units to ensure seamless execution of investment services and financial products.

• Develop and implement scalable operations processes to support growth and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee client onboarding, transaction processing, settlement operations, and operational risk monitoring.

• Collaborate with technology and digital transformation teams to streamline processes and improve client experience.

• Enforce robust compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and performance targets.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years' operations experience in securities brokerage, investment management, mutual funds, or private equity.

• Strong understanding of capital markets operations, financial products, and risk frameworks.

• Proven leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
