ct, you'll be the bridge between our customers' toughest supply chain challenges and our powerful Process Intelligence platform. Working directly with Celois' strategic customers throughout the customer lifecycle in both, presales and post-sales, you'll use your deep domain knowledge to design, optimize, and scale innovative supply chain solutions. Your goal is to pinpoint customer pain points, align our offerings with their strategic supply chain vision, and ensure successful project execution and clear value. You'll proactively identify key use cases that transform customer supply chains, and standardize these solutions in collaboration with internal teams to boost adoption across our customer bas

sion with customers and internal account teams, identifying and solving critical challenges at the core of their supply chains and busines

erts to define a target state where the Celonis platform, encompassing Process Intelligence, AI, and automation, delivers tangible value to their operati
- ons.Provide presales sup
port, helping to position and articulate the strategic value of Celonis's supply chain capabilities to prospective custom
- ers.Provide expertise and domain knowledge in the delivery p
hase by providing guidance on solution architecture to ongoing projects in , participating in critical project phases, assessing implementation progress, and proactively contributing additional use case ideas to ensure projects achieve their full potent
- ial.Collect and share compelling Supply Chain success sto
ries across the organization and with our customers, showcasing the impact of our soluti
- ons.Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps T

The preferred qualifications you**

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Mana
gement for enterprises, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful and diverse use cases that have solved real-world pro
- blems.Excellent problem-solving
skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions, often under demanding dead
- lines.Experience with the implementation and roll-out of Supply Chain Sof
tware or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is highly desi
- rable.Strong communication and collaboration
skills, with the ability to translate complex supply chain concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups, including non-technical audi
