We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong technology knowledge and

proven project management experience to lead the planning and execution of technology

initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams, external clients, vendors and

stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with

strategic goals.

This role requires both a hands-on project delivery mindset and the ability to manage

multiple complex initiatives in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle delivery of software products and/or digital infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain integrated plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers and change
  • control
  • Use modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence, Asana, MS Project) to track progress and provide transparency.
  • Facilitate agile and hybrid delivery frameworks to drive collaboration.
  • Coordinate across vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to
  • ensure alignment.
  • Establish and enforce project governance, compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to leadership, investors, and clients.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive their resolution.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, change management, and project rescue.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years managing complex technology initiatives spanning software and/or digital infrastructure (telecoms, cloud, data center, edge, fiber, enterprise networks).
  • Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Technical fluency across several of: modern software stack, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization/DevOps (CI-CD, IaC/Terraform), APIs & integrations, data platforms, networks and data center.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM, SAFe, ITIL, or Azure/AWS are a plus.
