Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
will lead Snapnet's
Enterprise Technology Strategy, Services Delivery, and Innovation Agenda

Role Overview

The CTO will oversee all technology-related functions, providing strategic leadership across product engineering, service delivery, and R&D. The role requires a visionary leader who can align technical capabilities with commercial strategy, drive innovation across business units, and build a culture of technical excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute a forward-looking enterprise technology roadmap aligned with Snapnet's 5-year vision.
• Lead strategic initiatives across Data & AI, Business Applications, Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and RPA.
• Guide the evolution of Snapnet's proprietary platforms and SaaS products (e.g.,
  HCMatrix, ProcureCentro, , Arya Marketplace
  ).
• Ensure technology choices align with profitability, scalability, and customer value creation.

2. Service Delivery Excellence

• Oversee all professional services delivery across departments to ensure quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Define and enforce delivery frameworks, project management standards, and post-implementation support models.
• Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor project health, utilization rates, and delivery profitability.
• Partner with the COO and Head of Project Management to institutionalize operational efficiency and predictable outcomes.

3. Solution Architecture & Pre-Sales Leadership

• Supervise all enterprise solution designs, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to develop winning technical proposals and demonstrations.
• Champion "technical storytelling" that translates Snapnet's capabilities into business impact.
• Serve as technical authority in enterprise bids, RFPs, and partner co-sell opportunities.

4. Innovation & R&D

• Establish and lead the
  Snapnet Innovation Lab
  , focusing on emerging technologies such as
  Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, RPA, and Cybersecurity Automation
  .
• Incubate new service frameworks and reusable IP for clients across Financial Services, Public Sector, and Manufacturing.
• Partner with universities, research centers, and global OEMs on co-innovation programs.

5. Cloud & Infrastructure Practice Leadership

• Strengthen Snapnet's multi-cloud ecosystem across
  Microsoft Azure, Huawei Cloud, AWS, Oracle Cloud, and MTN Cloud
  .
• Drive the development of hybrid cloud, database-as-a-service, and managed infrastructure solutions.
• Champion zero-trust security, observability, and data governance best practices.

6. People & Culture

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of
  Cloud Engineers, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and Cybersecurity Specialists
  .
• Attract, mentor, and retain top technical talent through robust training, certification, and mentorship programs.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

7. Thought Leadership & Representation

• Represent Snapnet in executive meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Publish thought leadership on enterprise technology, cloud transformation, and AI adoption.
• Strengthen Snapnet's brand as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum
  12 years
  of progressive experience in ICT Consulting or Systems Integration.
• Minimum
  5 years
  in a senior technology leadership or CTO-level role.
• Deep expertise in
  at least two
  of the following:
• Data & AI
• Cloud Infrastructure & Security
• ERP/CRM Implementations
• Automation & RPA
• Enterprise Software Development
• Proven success in managing multi-technology ecosystems (Microsoft, Huawei, AWS, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to align technology strategy with business profitability.
• Advanced degree (MSc/MBA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Certifications in cloud, AI, or enterprise architecture (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
