Job Overview:
Donbidd Royal Hotels is seeking a courteous, organized, and customer-focused hotel receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate will provide excellent front-desk service, handle guest inquiries efficiently, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience while maintaining the hotel's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and guest records accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Answer phone calls and messages promptly and politely.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage basic cash handling.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and service standards at all times.
Requirements & Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
