The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day technical operations of the HVAC-R division. The role ensures efficient project execution, client satisfaction, workforce coordination, and adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise HVAC-R installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
  • Allocate resources and monitor project progress and costs.
  • Supervise technicians and site staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain client relations and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports and advise management on operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • HND/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field or any relevant certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' HVAC-R experience, including 1 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC-R systems, controls, and safety practices.
