Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our Victoria Island team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-value sales, building lasting relationships with elite clientele, and representing the Seinde brand with professionalism and passion. This role demands exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in closing premium deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Conduct tailored product/service presentations and property/offer walkthroughs (as applicable).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for Seinde's signature offerings.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine value propositions and client journeys.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and drive referrals.
  • Represent Seinde at networking events, exhibitions, and client functions in Victoria Island and surrounding areas.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences in Lagos' premium segment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, real estate, fintech, or premium B2C/B2B services.
  • Strong portfolio of closed deals and client testimonials (preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and strong local network in Victoria Island/Lekki corridor.
  • Valid driver's license and access to personal transport is an advantage.
