Prepare, schedule, coordinate, lead execution, monitor and control assignedengineering projects/operationsFormulate project parameters, assign responsibilities to project teamand monitor for efficiency.Lead in project/engineering CAD analysis and development for variousprojects/operations.Interact with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, andrepresenting them in the field.Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, andpersonnel performance, reporting on the project status.Liaise with third party contractors to ensure all equipment is fit forpurpose.Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies,performance standards and specifications Interpret clients' requirements.Spearhead overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans,personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status to the leadengineer/project manager. Review engineering deliverables (SOW, CADs, etc.) as may assigned bythe lead and prepare required project and operation management documentation.Attend site visits to scope job prospective projects and operations,perform scope synthesis and CTR alignment for the SCM/Proposal team, includingpreparation of requisite engineering/project deliverable documentsReview engineering tasks and initiate necessary corrective actions.Establish field test methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.Support the BD/Sales team in sales presentation/visit as may benecessary/requested.Drive Company's QHSE expectations in assigned projects and operations,including HSE performance reporting.Coordinate/lead/manage other junior and associate project engineers aswell as technical personnel as may be required in operations and project executionfrom time to time. Requirements  EducationBachelor's degree in engineeringor relevant field from a reputable universityProject ManagementTraining (Mandatory requirement with proofs)Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification is a plusMBA/MSc (AddedAdvantage)NSE Membership(Competitive advantage)COREN certification(Competitive advantage)ISO 9001, training (advantage)Experience: years' work experience in a similar role in the Oil and GasMinimum of 6 years ofconstruction project management experienceProven experience inproject and operations management
