Your Responsibilities...
Technical Leadership & Architecture

• You will provide overall engineering leadership across all teams and managers.
• You will own the architecture across the product line, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• You will develop and maintain an updated technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
• You will identify and address technical debt early to maintain long-term system health.

Operational Excellence

• You will oversee the end-to-end engineering pipeline from coding to deployment.
• You will ensure systems are well-monitored, maintain strong SLIs/SLOs, and stay operationally sound.
• You will work closely with tooling, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for process alignment.

People Leadership & Team Development

• You will mentor and grow engineering managers and engineers at multiple levels.
• You will recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams.
• You will set clear performance expectations and maintain a culture of accountability, learning, and trust.

Cross-functional Alignment

• You will work closely with business leaders to align OKRs with company priorities.
• You will maintain strong communication channels between engineering and non-technical teams.
• You will collaborate deeply with internal and external partners to drive execution and innovation.

To Be Considered for This Role, You Should Have...

• 8â10 years of engineering experience with 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Deep backend engineering expertise; frontend experience is a plus.
• Strong experience managing deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and technical debt.
• Experience owning system architecture for large-scale, secure, and distributed platforms.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering managers.
• Ability to drive alignment across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and resource planning.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
