• Gender Preference: Female/Male – Female preferable

• Age Range: 25– 45 range

• Academic Qualification: OND

• ⁠Years of Experience: 3years above. Experience working with big eatery a good advantage

• Salary Range: 80,000 with bonus up to 0.40% if target is meant for the month

• Work Hour: 6 Times a week

• Key Responsibilities:

 Bake all cakes, pastries and desserts at the bakery

 Participate in designing and improving recipes

 Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.

 Make frostings that would be used in the bakery

 Liaise with the store keeper for documentation of all raw materials used in the kitchen and stored in the freezer

 Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety requirements.

 Taking client information from the administrative officer and ensuring that specifications are met accurately and on time.

 Ensure the cleaning of the workstation and that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for next order execution.

 Direct and supervise the assistant baker's activities to make sure that products are up to standard.

 Assess the quality of raw materials before baking.

 Conduct research to develop self originated recipes.

 Ensure that baking utensils and equipment are properly handled and stored.

 Track profitability by maintaining an up to date record of baking operations.

• Skill set/specific experience required for the role:

 Lowest educational qualification is OND.

 Someone that has at least 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role working in production.

 Has good communication skills, demonstrates creativity, has excellent listening skills, and is detail-oriented.

 Hardworking, smart and can work in a fast paced environment, has basic numeracy skills and excellent time management skills.

 Must be living in close proximity to the bakery in bodija
