We're looking for a high-impact Operations Manager to take ownership of the systems, processes, and people that keep our real estate operations running smoothly.

As the backbone of the organization, you'll work closely with the leadership team to streamline day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and help scale the business sustainably. You'll manage key business functions from project execution and vendor management to people operations and finance support, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.


What You'll Do

Operational Excellence

Design, implement, and refine processes that improve team efficiency and scalability.

Manage workflows across departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

Develop operational KPIs and performance tracking systems.

Support leadership in strategic planning and execution of company-wide initiatives.

People & Culture

Oversee HR operations including hiring coordination, onboarding, and team engagement.

Help nurture a strong, positive, and high-accountability culture.

Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and support professional development initiatives.

Finance & Administration

Manage budgets, expense tracking, and vendor relationships.

Support financial forecasting, reporting, and operational audits.

Oversee contracts, compliance, and basic legal administration as needed.

Project & Cross-functional Coordination

Lead special projects and ensure they're delivered on time and within scope.

Bridge communication between departments ensuring clear priorities and accountability.

Serve as a trusted partner to the Founder in translating strategy into action.

What You Bring

4–8 years of experience in operations, business management, or project management ideally in a real estate company.

Strong experience building and managing systems, processes, and tools.

Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.

Proficiency in tools like Notion, Asana, Google Workspace, or Airtable.

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

A mindset of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
