seasoned finance leader
to join our executive team and drive the next phase of our growth.

The Opportunity

We're hiring a Head of Finance & Accounts
who will take full ownership of Servicia's financial management — from strategy to compliance and revenue assurance.

You'll oversee financial operations across our telecom segments (ISP, IDA, Clearing House, and VAS), guide investment decisions, and ensure every Naira delivers measurable value.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all finance and accounting operations across multiple business lines.
  • Develop financial strategies that strengthen growth, compliance, and profitability.
  • Oversee
    revenue assurance, interconnect settlements
    , and
    content billing reconciliations
    .
  • Ensure
    regulatory and tax compliance
    (NCC, FIRS, CAC, etc.).
  • Deliver timely management reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
  • Advise the CEO and management on financial performance, cost control, and funding.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience in
    telecom or ICT finance
    , ideally with
    VAS, ISP, or interconnect operations
    .
  • Strong background in
    financial modeling, budgeting, and risk management
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    telecom billing systems, settlements, and NCC regulatory frameworks
    .
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency with
    Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally
    , and advanced Excel / Power BI skills.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred).
  • Professional certification — ACA, ACCA, or CPA (required).
  • 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in senior management.
  • Telecom / ICT / VAS industry experience is mandatory.
