Role Description

This full-time Programs Manager role is an on-site position located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Programs Manager at the Hospitality Academy will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various programs and initiatives to ensure their success. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing program strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing program budgets and timelines, and ensuring programs meet organizational objectives. The role also involves monitoring program performance, identifying areas of improvement, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for reporting and evaluation purposes.

Qualifications

  • Program management, project planning, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and/or training and education programs
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask in dynamic environments
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Learning and Development or a related field
  • Previous experience in program or project management is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with local and international hospitality trends is a plus
