ROLE OVERVIEW:

At Plural Health, we're redefining healthcare access and efficiency through technology and we're looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven storyteller to help us share that mission with the world.

As our Marketing & Growth Strategist, you'll blend strategy with creativity translating complex digital health concepts into clear, relatable narratives that resonate with everyday users, healthcare professionals, and government partners alike. You'll lead engaging campaigns, shape our brand voice, manage community and event initiatives, and help grow our audience across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for someone who can both dream and be a strong writer, event coordinator, and digital communicator passionate about using storytelling to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Craft & Communicate the Plural Story

  • Translate complex healthtech concepts into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Shape and evolve Plural Health's tone, voice, and visual storytelling across campaigns, launches, and partnerships.

Drive Growth & Engagement in a hands-on manner

  • Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns (content, email, paid, and partnerships) with focus on ROI.
  • Manage Plural's social media presence, creating content that informs, educates, and inspires.
  • Coordinate community and brand events that foster connection and visibility.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Write, edit, and oversee a range of content blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and social media.
  • Develop co-branded and advocacy materials for government, NGO, and enterprise partners.
  • Build scalable systems such as message banks, press kits, and campaign playbooks.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track engagement metrics and performance data, sharing actionable insights.
  • Test new growth channels, refine strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or growth roles (healthtech or social impact preferred).
  • Proven ability to simplify complex topics through compelling storytelling.
  • Strong writing and editing portfolio (press releases, blogs, social content, etc.).
  • Experience planning and executing events or partnership activations.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and channels (Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Canva, Notion, or AI content tools like ChatGPT).
  • Degree from a reputable university (First Class or strong academic background is an advantage).
