Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer based in Port Harcourt. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and promoting OmniPay's financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, identifying and addressing their needs, facilitating the onboarding process, and providing exceptional customer support to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship and Sales
  • Finance knowledge and understanding of payment solutions
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to engage clients and build trustful, long-term relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or HND or equivalent.
  • Experience in the fintech or FMCG B2B trade sector is an advantage.

Salary 80-100k + Conveyance + Attractive Incentives
