Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Lagos. The role involves identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting AIICO's products and services effectively. Responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, providing product training to clients, and managing sales targets and performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in negotiation and relationship management
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
