Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Retail Manager, based in Lagos. The role involves managing retail insurance operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include leading a team, overseeing customer interactions, developing strategic sales plans, and addressing client concerns to enhance service delivery. Some flexibility for remote work is provided for this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in managing Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Team Management capabilities to lead and inspire staff to achieve set goals
  • Experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (both in-office and remotely)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an additional advantage
