∙ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.∙ Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and third -party partners to ensure timely and successful project completion.∙ Facilitate regular meetings to track progress, address challenges, and provide updates to stakeholders.∙ Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), earned value management (EVM), and other metrics.∙ Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners.∙ Present project status reports, progress updates, and final deliverables to executive management and clients.∙ Act as the primary point of contact for all project -related inquiries and communications. Requirements∙ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.∙ Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.∙ Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and technologies (e.g., core banking systems, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity measures).∙ Experience managing large -scale projects involving IT implementations, process re -engineering, or system upgrades.∙ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.∙ Results -driven with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.∙ Adaptable and resilient in a fast -paced, ever -changing banking environment.∙ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.∙ Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross -functional teams. Strong problem -solving and decision -making capabilities, particularly in high -pressure situations.
