Key Responsibilities shall be as listed below and any additional task as assigned by the management;- Supervise day-to-day financial transactions- Prepare and process payroll, tax remittances, and statutory deductions.- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and vendor payments.- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive review.- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all departments.- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.- Provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and board.- Approve requisitions and disbursements within authorization limits.- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, contracts, and invoices.- Ensure full documentation for each transaction, including identity verification and due diligence.- Prepare POF reports, account balances, and transaction summaries for internal use and client communication.- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and clients to execute POF transactions securely.Requirement- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- Minimum 4 years experience- Perfect knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting- Strong data analytics and Excel skills- Familiarity with accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks)- Management experience is a plus.Interested candidates should send their CV to
