Role Description

This is a full-time
commision based
hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Officer based in Lagos, with opportunities for some remote work. The Insurance Sales Officer will engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide customized solutions, and effectively close sales. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing financial data and risks, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves contributing to the development of sales strategies to enable business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Insurance and Sales, with a strong ability to close deals and manage sales cycles
  • Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms for sales and customer management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian insurance market is an advantage
  • Proven ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environmen
