Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Website Designer to design and build high-quality websites for our clients. This role is project-based, meaning your monthly earnings depend on the number of websites you successfully complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete 5 client websites per month (company internal websites and corrections are excluded).
- Ensure websites are visually appealing, functional, and responsive.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and implement client feedback efficiently.
Payment Terms:
- Your monthly salary is up to ₦100,000, depending on how many projects you finish.
- Payment is made after each project is completed, so the more websites you finish, the closer you get to the full monthly salary.
- Corrections and internal company projects do not count toward your monthly target.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in website design (UI/UX, CMS like WordPress).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to deliver quality work on time.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
