Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Lagos. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial health of the organization by producing financial reports, developing long-term financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include managing financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow, preparing and presenting financial reports to management, and liaising with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. The Finance Manager will also supervise finance staff, conduct risk management, and provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and stability.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with financial analysis, risk management, and investment strategies
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial audits
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
