Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Agbara, Ogun State

Salary: ₦450,000 monthly

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Agbara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence and supporting strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustainable growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the manufacturing, logistics, or service sector is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦450,000.00 per month
