Feliza Hotel & Suites is a brand-new hospitality destination opening soon in Obada Oko, Abeokuta. Job Summary:

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and ensuring guests feel welcomed and well taken care of from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain guest records and ensure all data is handled confidentially

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional certification in Hospitality or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer use
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Residents of Obada Oko or nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply
