Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal attainment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for company products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budgets.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with years of experience.
