Job Title: Lounge Supervisor

Location: Eleyele Poly Road, Ibadan

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a responsible and customer-oriented Lounge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a lounge located along Eleyele Poly Road, Ibadan. The successful candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, supervise staff, maintain high service standards, and support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily lounge operations to ensure efficient service
• Manage, coordinate, and monitor lounge staff performance and attendance
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and proper presentation of the lounge
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports
• Enforce lounge policies and maintain staff discipline

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or related fields
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills
• Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND is an added advantage

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
