We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide remote administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain calendars and ensure timely reminders for deadlines and events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct internet research and compile data into easy-to-understand formats.
- Assist with social media scheduling, content updates, and basic online marketing tasks.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support basic bookkeeping (if applicable).
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members on behalf of the executive/manager.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
- Prior experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or startups.
- Flexible remote working schedule.
