**Role: Junior Finance Associate

Full time, Hybrid

Location: Lekki

Experience: At least 2years

Salary: #2,040,000net per annum
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Ensure implementation of accounting standards and policies to ensure financial compliance and efficiency at all times.
  • Posting of vendors' bills, admin expenses, and other payments on bank payment platform and QuickBooks.
  • Partake in the entire accounting workflow from invoicing to reporting, with activities not limited to; accounts payable and receivable, reconcile statements, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Cash Management Activities including cash and banking management.
  • Maintenance of the company asset register.
  • Thoroughly scrutinize source documents relating to bills and purchases, ensuring every expenditure has a backup document and with easily located paper trail.
  • Audit financial transactions from time to time and be audit ready in-turn.
  • Ensuring that the accounting software used by the company is accurate at all times and free from errors or mumbled up charts of accounts.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Very experienced in bookkeeping
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the design, architecture, manufacturing or construction industries.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Zoho, Sage
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
