Job Title: Operations & Team Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations & Team Supervisor to oversee daily operations across all branches and lead a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will monitor employee performance, ensure organizational standards are consistently met, facilitate collaboration across teams, and represent IIM at meetings, workshops, and professional events. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence, improving team efficiency, and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees across all branches to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor daily performance, provide guidance, and address operational challenges promptly.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Ensure workflows, processes, and standards are consistently followed across all departments.
  • Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance and operations reports to management.
  • Facilitate internal team meetings, communicate updates, and follow up on action items.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and professional events on behalf of IIM or management as required.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff, effectively communicating organizational priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all branches.
  • Monitor quality of work and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Assist management in planning and implementing organizational initiatives.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in team supervision, operations management, or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally in meetings and events.
  • Willingness to travel to branches as needed.
