Type: Hybrid, Permanent, Full-Time

Reporting to: Head, IS&T

Your Impact:

Gather and document business requirements, streamline processes, research solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to implement improvements that boost efficiency and meet project goals.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • **Business Requirements Documentation:** Participate in sessions with stakeholders to capture needs; use tools like interviews, document analysis, use cases, and workflows to elicit requirements; create detailed docs, mockups, user stories; lead walkthroughs for understanding and sign-off.

  • **Process Analysis/Process Re-engineering:** Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes using modeling notations; lead discovery, improvement, and redesign workshops; identify inefficiencies, recommend sustainable changes, and implement quantifiable improvement plans.
    *Your Expected Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or related course, 2.2/Uppercredit. Proven ability to elicit requirements, create artifacts (mockups, use cases, user stories), and facilitate workshops.

  • Strong analytical skills for process evaluation, re-engineering, and recommending solutions.

  • Collaborative mindset for working with business and technical teams.***
