Role Summary

We're looking for a
Growth & Business Development Executive
to help take Pharmarun's products and services to more users and partners.

This is a hands-on role focused on
executing go-to-market activities, acquiring new users, building partnerships, and supporting revenue growth
. The ideal candidate has experience in
healthcare, pharmacy, or e-commerce
, and is comfortable with both
field and digital engagement
.

You'll work closely with the business development and operations teams to ensure that more people and organizations discover, use, and trust Pharmarun.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new users, pharmacies, hospitals, and health partners.
  • Execute marketing and outreach activities to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Support partnership negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Research potential markets, clients, and business opportunities.
  • Track growth performance metrics (leads, conversions, repeat usage) and prepare weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Attend activations, exhibitions, or industry events to represent Pharmarun.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, Pharmacy
    , or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in
    business development, sales, or growth execution
    , preferably in
    healthtech, e-commerce, or pharmaceuticals
    .
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed user acquisition or sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and digital outreach platforms.
  • Energetic, organized, and eager to learn.
