Job Description
We're seeking a Head of Marketing and Admissions to lead the transformation of a reputable educational brand into its next chapter of growth and impact.
This role requires an audacious, visionary leader who thrives on challenge, sees possibility where others see limits, and takes pride in delivering measurable results. You'll shape strategy, elevate brand presence, and lead a dynamic team responsible for both marketing and admissions performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing and admissions strategy that drives brand growth, student enrolment, and market leadership.
- Lead the institution's repositioning and growth journey with insight, foresight, and innovation.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and set measurable objectives that align with overall business goals.
Brand and Communications
- Elevate brand perception and visibility through strong storytelling, strategic partnerships, and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Oversee creative direction and ensure alignment between brand identity, digital presence, and customer experience.
- Represent the brand as a trusted voice of quality, credibility, and innovation.
Marketing and Sales Management
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team across digital, traditional, and admissions channels to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Drive lead generation and conversion through strategic marketing initiatives and efficient funnel management.
- Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and ROI to ensure operational excellence and accountability.
Admissions and Customer Experience
- Oversee the admissions team, ensuring seamless processes that deliver exceptional customer experience from enquiry to enrolment.
- Foster a culture of responsiveness, empathy, and excellence in all client interactions.
- Leverage analytics to improve conversion rates and retention through insight-driven improvements.
Leadership and Team Development
- Empower, mentor, and motivate the marketing and admissions teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Build a performance-driven culture grounded in collaboration, loyalty, and growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on market trends and brand positioning.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing or admissions leadership role, ideally within education, hospitality, or service-driven industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and enrolment strategies.
- Strong grasp of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven, emotionally intelligent, and strategic in thinking and execution.
