Job Title: Real Estate Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Industry: Real Estate

Salary: ₦200,000 monthly (plus commission)

Benefits: 13th Month (prorated), HMO, and Pension upon confirmation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales & Marketing Officer to promote and sell the company's property offerings. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client relationship management, property sales, and digital marketing, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

* Identify and pursue new sales leads and potential client accounts.

* Conduct property viewings, manage negotiations, and follow up with prospects.

* Support social media promotions and assist in developing marketing content.

* Maintain and update the client database, ensuring timely follow-up and post-sale support.

* Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

* B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate sales.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.

* Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
