Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized
Front Desk Officer/Admin Support
to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be courteous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally.
- Manage calls, messages, and inquiries — ensuring prompt and polite responses.
- Support HR and administrative functions including scheduling, record management, and logistics.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and facility upkeep.
- Assist in marketing company services and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good phone/email etiquette.
- A friendly and professional appearance.
- Marketing experience will be an added advantage
