Alaro City is a joint venture between Rendeavour, the largest new city and industrial park builder in Africa, and the Lagos State Government. It is one of the fastest growing real estate and urban development projects in Nigeria. Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Photo & Video Content associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase our brand, projects, events, people, and products. This role is central to shaping the organization's visual identity, ensuring that all photography aligns with our brand standards and communicates our story effectively across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photographs for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, events, product showcases, real estate, and lifestyle imagery.
· Work with the Marketing & Communications team to conceptualize photography that aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals.
· Maintain a consistent visual style that strengthens brand identity.
· Provide on-site photography coverage for company events, ceremonies, press visits, and executive functions, Project updates.
· Capture and deliver monthly drone flyovers of project progress for all active projects
· Edit, retouch, and manage photo libraries to ensure images are polished, properly archived, and easily accessible.
· Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and videographers to deliver cohesive visual content.
· Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of photography equipment.
· Manage photography schedules and deliver content within agreed timelines.
· Stay updated on photography trends, equipment, and techniques to keep visual output modern and competitive.
RequirementsQualifications & Skills
· 5 years' experience in photography, cinematography, video/photo editing.
· Proven work experience as a photographer, preferably in a corporate or creative environment.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in event, lifestyle, portrait, and product photography.
· Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
· Knowledge of lighting, composition, and post-production techniques.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when events require
