We are expanding our creative and digital team in Lagos to strengthen our brand presence, engage our audience, and showcase success stories across our training and international recruitment platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, versatile, and tech-savvy Graphics Designer and Social Media Content Manager to join our Lagos team. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual storytelling skills with an understanding of social media strategy to create impactful digital content across all Grammartorial Education platforms.

This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with occasional in-person collaboration at our Lagos workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics & Design

• Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Create brand-aligned materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, course thumbnails, and infographics.
• Develop engaging visuals for online ads, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Work with the UK-based marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow Grammartorial's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, and carousels).
• Write creative captions, hashtags, and social copy aligned with brand tone and target audience.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online community interactions.
• Analyse insights and recommend strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Content Creation

• Collaborate on short video and reel concepts, including testimonials, course previews, and educational tips.
• Assist in developing content calendars and campaign ideas for ongoing promotions.
• Support digital marketing campaigns for new course launches and international recruitment drives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field (or strong portfolio in lieu of degree).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok trends.
• Ability to create high-quality, original content under minimal supervision.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) are an added advantage.
• Passion for education, training, and creative storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the education, training, or healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with an international team.
