Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a solid background in B2B e -commerce, Finance, or Marketplace industries to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring the successful delivery of high -quality, customer -centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: ●Collaborate with cross -functional teams to define and prioritize product goals and objectives. ●Develop a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs to inform product strategy. ●Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and timelines. ●Prioritize features based on market demands, competitive landscape, and technological advancements. ●Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements. ●Translate business needs into actionable product specifications, ensuring clarity and feasibility. ●Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. ●Act as a bridge between technical and non -technical teams, fostering effective communication and understanding. ●Coordinate product releases, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of features. ●Conduct post -launch analysis and gather feedback for continuous improvement. ●Utilize data analytics and market research to make informed product decisions. ●Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly. Stakeholder Communication: ●Communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders. ●Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach. ●Champion user -centric design principles and collaborate with UX/UI teams for optimal product usability. Requirements Qualifications: ●Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ●2 -3 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in B2B e -commerce, Finance, or Marketplace industries. ●Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and technologies. ●Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ●Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams. ●Analytical mindset with a focus on data -driven decision -making. ●Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Benefits Matta is an equal opportunity employer committed to assembling a diverse, broadly trained staff.
