Blank Body Beauty is high-performance body care designed for fragrance lovers. We create multi-functional products that bring a more personalized approach to everyday routines. Our belief is simple: you shouldn't have to choose between performance and pleasure. We are a clean, cruelty-free brand. We're currently focused on the US market, with plans to expand soon.

We're looking for a chronically-online social media associate to translate the brand's creative direction into compelling short-form content.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative role for someone with great taste, fast instincts, and an eye for what stops the scroll. You'll ideate, shoot, edit, and post standout content for TikTok and Instagram, turning trends into original, on-brand storytelling. You'll work closely with the Creative Director to build our digital presence and help shape how our audience experiences Blank Body Beauty online.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

  • Plan weekly short-form content ideas for TikTok and Instagram
  • Film high-quality, brand-aligned video content
  • Edit in a fast-paced, social-native style tailored to each platform
  • Develop visually sharp, trend-aware posts that reflect brand tone

Creator Collaboration

  • Source and brief creators for user-generated content (UGC)
  • Review and edit UGC to ensure final output aligns with creative direction

Creative Direction

  • Work with the Founder & Creative Director to bring visual ideas to life
  • Help refine and evolve our brand voice across platforms

Content Management & Engagement

  • Schedule and publish daily content across channels
  • Track performance and suggest creative pivots based on insights
  • Respond to comments and engage with our online community

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of experience creating or managing social content (personal or professional)
  • Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Understanding of how to tell a story in 7 seconds or less
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and social trends
  • Strong visual eye and creative instincts
  • Experience managing or growing beauty or lifestyle accounts
  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, and body care
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable
  • Chronically online
