About the Role

We are seeking three highly skilled and result-oriented Litigation Lawyers to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in litigation, excellent advocacy skills, and proven experience representing clients in complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums.

Prepare and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

Provide expert legal advice to clients on civil, commercial, and corporate litigation matters. Negotiate settlements and manage pre-trial and post-trial activities. Maintain effective client communication and case documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Requirements Minimum of 5 years post-call experience in active litigation practice. Strong advocacy and drafting skills. Excellent knowledge of court procedures and case management. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Qualifications LL.B and B.L (Law Degree and Call to the Nigerian Bar). LL.M or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
