Procurement Officers
who are passionate about supply chain excellence, vendor management, and driving value in large-scale B2B operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Officer based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Procurement Officer will handle purchasing activities, oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders, engage in contract negotiations, and manage all procurement processes. The role also requires maintaining vendor relationships, analyzing procurement data for cost efficiency, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast and manage supply needs
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance

Qualifications

  • BSc or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations
  • Skill in preparing and managing Purchase Orders
  • Proven ability in Contract Negotiation
  • Excellent communication and vendor relationship management
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools (experience with B2B e-commerce platforms is an advantage)
