Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Officer/Deposit Mobilizer/Driver based in Lagos, Nigeria. The role involves developing strong client relationships, mobilizing deposits, promoting our loan and Proof of Funds (POF) products, and delivering excellent customer service.

Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with loan processing, facilitating financial transactions, educating customers about POF services, supporting sales outreach, and performing driving duties when required to aid business operations. The ideal candidate will actively support sales, deposit mobilization, and POF promotions while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications


•  Strong ability to build and manage professional client relationships.


•  Knowledge of finance, including loan processing and POF-related services.


•  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).


•  Customer service and sales ability to identify client needs and promote loan/POF solutions.


•  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for the driving aspect of the role).


•  Strong problem-solving, time management, and self-management skills.

  • Experience in the financial or micro-lending industry is an added advantage.
