Position Overview

We are seeking a mission-driven, strategic, and impact-oriented National Program Manager to lead and manage our life-changing initiatives focused on employment generation, skill-building, and community empowerment. As Program Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that directly contribute to increasing employment and transforming lives across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of job creation and skills development programs in alignment with the foundation's mission.
  • Collaborate with cross-sector partners, NGOs, government agencies, and local communities to expand program reach and impact.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, KPIs, and reporting in a transparent and efficient manner.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in program delivery.
  • Support community outreach efforts, ensuring the voices of marginalized populations are integrated into program design.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including communications, allocation of resources including funds, and monitoring & evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all program activities.

Who You Are

  • A purpose-driven leader passionate about social impact, employment equity, and community development.
  • At least 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in non-profit, development, or social enterprise sectors.
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural and socioeconomic environments.
  • Degree in Public Administration, International Development, Social Work, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to program sites.
  • Fluency in English and a local loguage would be an advantage
