Full Stack Developer
who can build, maintain, and optimize modern applications using
Laravel, JavaScript, and related frameworks
.

Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building end-to-end web applications, integrating APIs, improving system performance, and working directly with product, UI/UX, backend, and QA teams.

This role requires someone who understands how to translate business needs into functional, stable, and polished features.

Key Responsibilities :Backend (Laravel / PHP)

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using
    Laravel
    .
  • Build secure authentication, user management, and role-based access modules.
  • Optimize database queries, relationships, and migrations for speed and stability.
  • Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, email providers, LMS APIs, etc.
  • Build automated processes (cron jobs, background tasks, notifications, queues).

Frontend (JavaScript / Libraries)

  • Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using
    JavaScript
    and frameworks , React, or similar).
  • Convert UI/UX designs into clean, high-quality, functional pages.
  • Implement component-based architecture for reusable frontend elements.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

System Development & Application Logic

  • Build new program flows, dashboards, registration systems, and multi-step forms.
  • Implement booking flows, cart systems, session management, and data-driven interfaces.
  • Work with REST APIs and ensure smooth frontend-backend integration.

Quality, Performance & Collaboration

  • Write clean, reusable, well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and deploy fixes quickly.
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend/frontend teams daily.
  • Participate in daily standups and sprint planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience
    as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong experience with
    Laravel (PHP)
    for backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript
    and at least one modern JS framework (React, Vue, or similar).
  • Experience building
    web applications, dashboards, and user management systems
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    MySQL or PostgreSQL
    (queries, joins, migrations).
  • Experience integrating
    Stripe, Paystack, Mailgun, Firebase
    , or similar services.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and application architecture.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
