Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time on-site role based in Abuja. The specialist will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, identify and engage potential customers, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing professional training for team members, and overseeing sales performance and management initiatives to ensure business growth.

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Customer Service expertise with the ability to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
  • Proven Sales skills and the ability to execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and outcomes
  • Proficiency in Sales Management to monitor and optimize sales performance
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the insurance sector is a plus
