Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a skilled Mathematics Teacher to build pupils' understanding and confidence in numeracy through practical, interactive, and Montessori-based learning.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Teach Mathematics concepts in line with Montessori and Nigerian curricula.
  • Use practical materials and real-life examples to simplify abstract concepts.
  • Plan lessons that encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Assess pupils' work and track their progress.
  • Support children individually or in small groups where needed.
  • Prepare pupils for continuous assessment and examinations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed. / B.Sc. Mathematics / Education Mathematics).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years teaching experience in a primary school.
  • Sound knowledge of modern teaching techniques.
