Partnerships and Programs Lead

As the Partnerships & Programs Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners such as courier companies, independent riders, and e-commerce platforms. You'll also design and lead programs that help partners grow, perform better, and stay engaged on the platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find and bring in new courier companies, independent riders, and online stores to join Waysdrop as partners.
  • Negotiate and manage revenue-share agreements and partnership contracts.
  • Work with the tech team to make sure partners can easily connect to our platform (like giving them access to dashboards or APIs).
  • Create simple guides and training to help new partners get started and succeed.
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure we have enough active partners to meet customer demand.
  • Represent Waysdrop at logistics, e-commerce, and tech ecosystem events.
  • Check in with partners regularly to understand their challenges and find ways to help them succeed.
  • Develop programs, training, and incentives that keep riders and partners engaged, active, and loyal to the platform.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BSc in Business Development, Logistics, or Strategic Management or any related course.
  • Training/Certifications in E-commerce, or Supply Chain are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years in partnerships, BD, or program management.
  • Experience working with courier networks, e-commerce platforms, or logistics tech.
  • Strong negotiation and onboarding skills.
  • Familiarity with integration workflows and partner lifecycle management.
